Due to Louisiana and United States Law Health and Safety Regulations, The Hair Brokers, International, LLC CANNOT and WILL NOT issue exchanges or refunds in any form. We will ONLY process "fair exchanges" for items incorrectly processed or due to mis-shipments or mistakes made on behalf of The Hair Brokers, International, LLC Only.
ANY Contact with the packaged hair in any way constitutes the full adherence to this protection, and it is up to the consumer to accept or return the hair BEFORE opening the packaging. However, if package has been opened and the hair NOT touched in any way other than observatory, the possibility of an exchange ONLY exists.
The hair can not and MUST not be touched, combed, brushed, washed, or otherwise have come in contact with any personal item whatsoever. Violation of this legal issue immediately releases The Hair Brokers, International, LLC of all responsibility to exchange OR refund any hair that has been sold under our labelling.

If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty.

We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by The Hair Brokers International, LLC Manufacruring Companies, and is null and void of guarantee. The Hair Brokers International, LLC is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.

All custom made orders are final. Deposits are required on all custom orders. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations are subject to cancellation charges.

We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days. Weights are before wefting, perming, and blending.
