There are 2 ways to work with our company~ To set you up in the system to make wholesale purchases, we need pretty much the same information. You will probably benefit from Printing out our
Wholesale Cost chart.
1. Wholesaler:
Wholesale is a single purchase above 10 bundles (or 5 wigs) that is for the wholesale buyer's stock. Hair is available for customers as they see it, and no waiting is involved. Customers that can "see" the hair will almost inevitably purchase it on the spot.
Our wholesale buyers also have the option to have their own **Private Labeling (Surcharge $300). When Private Labeling is used, the wholesaler's customer base can purchase hair with a familiar label, that will build customer loyalty. The wholesale buyer's own business logo and information goes on all their product, creating a "brand" that their customers can become familiar with. Since our hair is far superior to anything found at the corner hair stores and Asian business shops, customers wearing their new favorite hair will seldom look further. We assist with their website, logo creation, and business cards/letterhead (with customer's own branding) all levels of branding and promotion for a small surcharge.
The average initial order for the wholesale buyer is 3-7 kilos. There is a minimum of 1 kilo (10 bundles) to begin a wholesale account.
Once the wholesale account is established, the wholesaler can make purchases as small as 2 bundles. There is no monthly minimum for purchasing to maintain an account.

2. Hair Broker:
Hair Brokers are independent contractors and re-sellers for The Hair Brokers, International. Brokers are able to make a competitive profit by reselling The Hair Brokers hair products using our wholesale/retail charts. Brokers gather 10 bundle orders, then submit the orders with payment to the Main Office for completion. Once the order is placed, the in-stock hair will be received within 3 days of payment. If there are any custom orders, there will be a 10 day delay for ONLY that portion of the order. Customers must be informed that not all hair is in-stock at all times, and there is always the possibility of delay.
The individual Broker is very much like the Wholesaler, as they pay the same price for our hair as the wholesaler does. However, their customers must wait until their order enters the United States to receive their hair order, unlike wholesalers who have the hair in hand. Most Brokers sell to family, friends, and church and work associates who fully understand that there will be a small delay while the hair is brought into the country, For hair this perfect, 3 days is barely a wait at all~ In the end, the Brokers have strong repeat customers, and can earn a good living or strong supplemental income through being a broker.
Hair Brokers receive their hair orders with the Hair Brokers labels. Hair Brokers can have their own line or hair (Private Labeling) for a $300 surcharge for set up and labeling fees. It is a great way to go into business without having to have your own physical shop.
Hair Brokers must place minimum 10 (5 wigs) bundle orders to set up their brokership. Subsequent orders may be as small as 4 bundles (2 wigs).
As previously stated, there is no contract to be a broker. A formal receipt will be e-mailed for each order, and your payment completes the "contractual" exchange.
Easiest way to become a Broker is... You create an order by putting together as many single orders as you can. The first order need to be a minimum of 10 bundles, which is hair for 3-5 people, depending on length. Once you have a 10 bundle order, you just collect the retail amount from the customers. Then include $45 for import fees for the complete order, and send the WHOLESALE amount, plus $45 for your order. Once you send your order in, you can tell your customers it will be 5 total days to receive their hair~ (Local New Orleans, 2 days)
Wholesaler/Broker FAQS:
- Support: For both Hair Brokers and Wholesalers, there is full phone and email support, 7 days a week. 504.344.2607
- Ordering: Orders will enter the US in 2 days (for in-stock pieces) from date of payment. Last day to order for weekend delivery is Thursday at 9PM Central time. All orders placed from Thursday after 9 PM until Saturday PM will arrive in the US on Monday. First order of the week is keyed in at 10PM on Sunday night for a Tuesday US arrival. Transit time from Main Office to you is based on your preference at time of ordering. It is imperative to remember that there can always be delays in shipping into the US. All our hair must pass customs, and can sometimes be an extra day in delivery. We will always do our best to keep you informed as to the status of delivery. In 11 years, we have always made our deliveries. :)
- Shipping: It is highly recommended that both Wholesalers and Brokers get a UPS or a FedEx account for fastest shipping. The account is free to register, and you should always pass the shipping charges to your clients. The larger the order, the less the charge is per client (broken down). Once your account is set up, send the, the number can be added to your file, and then you maintain the control for the speed of shipping. Clients with their own FedEx/UPS accounts are always shipped first.
- Placing orders: You may use the website, OR the wholesale/retail chart (request by email) for pricing. There may be small discrepancies in the pricing when using one versus the other (website/charts), but it would be a difference of pennies, so either is safe to use for pricing and ordering. You may place your order on the website, OR call, as you prefer. We are always here to help. For fastest service on larger or complex orders, send your order by email and I will respond with a formal invoice which you can then pay on. Or, simply order through the Wholesale Portal.
- Weights and Measures: A standard kilo weight 2000 grams. Throughout the English speaking countries, hair is preferred in 4 oz bundles. That means... That you SHOULD be receiving 8 - 9 bundles of hair per kilo. We give you 10. The Hair Brokers, International has decided to attack the recession 1 bundle at a time. We offer our hair at the full 4 oz weight, AND give you 10 bundles per kilo. Mathematically, you receive 1.5 FREE bundles of hair with each kilo order! I bet you never thought about that! Our already low pricing comes with that little surprise, which means greater profits for you, and easier ordering. Each bundle price is listed at exactly 1/10th the Kilo price. This allows you to Mix and Match all your orders to create your kilo. Traditionally, hair is ordered in exact kilos, meaning off sized bundles of odd weights, and you would need to order the exact same length and the exact same hair AND color, PER kilo. We do not make you do that! Feel free to order however many of any hair type, length, color, and texture that you require, per order, to create your 10 bundle kilo. You may also want to bookmark this page at the website for colors and textures.
- Invoices/Payments: You may pay for your orders via PayPal, MoneyGram (available at WalMart), Cash, or by depositing directly into our accounts. PayPal payments made to the site are automatically sent to the correct account. If you call your order in, we will send you a PayPal Funding Request. We can also take a credit card over the phone. We will not be processing credit cards via email, for your protection and privacy. We do not store credit card information unless you request it. You will receive a formal invoice with each order, and records are kept for 48 months for ease of repeat ordering.
- Social Networking: The Hair Brokers, International is on Facebook! Be sure to LIKE us, and once we get you set up for business cards, we will add the design right to the page! Facebook is a great interface and we have made many a great sale using that platform.
