Due to standard health laws, The Hair Brokers, International is very careful with your hair. We do not allow the handling of your hair by any individual other than our management to inspect the product, and of course the manufacturer. The purity of our products is guaranteed. When you receive your product, you should see exactly the hair you ordered. We keep your records indefinitely, so should you want to re-order the same hair the following year, simply contact us. We keep track of every strand.

In regards to possible exchanges, ANY Contact with the packaged hair in any way constitutes the full adherence to this protection, and it is up to the consumer to accept or return the hair BEFORE opening the packaging. However, if package has been opened and the hair NOT touched in any way other than observatory, the possibility of an exchange ONLY exists.
The hair can not and MUST not be touched, combed, brushed, washed, or otherwise have come in contact with any personal item whatsoever. Violation of this legal issue immediately releases The Hair Brokers, International, LLC of all responsibility to exchange OR refund any hair that has been sold under our labeling.

If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty.

In case of dissatisfaction for your order, charge backs are not allowed, as we feel that we can fulfill any commitment in a professional business-like manner. We keep precision records, and because of that, charge backs are not effective. Therefore, should you have a problem, just call us. We will work with you to correct it.

We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects, however it is not technically necessary.

Once you receive the hair, We do not and will not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by The Hair Brokers International, LLC Manufacturing Companies, and is null and void of all or any implied guarantees. The Hair Brokers International, LLC is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.
